    His toes are curled around the edge of the roof.
    He is holding his shiny leather shoes in his right hand.
    They smell of air freshener and deodorant in a failed attempt to fix the bad smell inside.
    The pigeons look down on him, the people below him look up to him.
    The sweat drops on his forehead already jumped off the ledge.
    He was thinking back at the time when he was young, and overcame his fear of water.
    Just like now he was standing on a ledge it was a hot summer day at the public pool.
    The water waving and slightly touching the bottom of his curling toes.
    Begging his father a million times not to push him in.
    His father kept scaring him by counting down but doing nothing to him when he got to 0.
    He was doing the same thing in his head right now.

    He swallows the spit that was build up in his mouth.

    Wipes the tears from his cheeks.

    Breathes in deep.

    His toes relax and let go of the ledge.

    And he exhales.

    The pigeons cheer him on with their cooing.

    He lets go of his shoes the crowd follows them as they tumble down and hit the sidewalk.
    Before they looked back up to the roof he was already falling between the words

    HAVE
    SO
    MUCH
    MORE
    TO
    LIVE
    FOR.


    His body was instantly chilled by the water surrounding him and he opens his eyes and sees the sun shining through the surface and swims up the surface.
    The sun is blinding his eyes, his family standing on the side are cheering for him.
